I bought this as a gift for my sister and it broke. The band is too thin (palm side) and the material was too weak.

Not happy! The reason is becuase my finger turned green in less than 24 hrs after having it on my finger.

don't get me wrong, this is a beautiful ring. i ordered it in a size 8, but the company sent me a size 6. i figured it wouldn't be a big deal; i'd just contact the company and make an exchange. i've e-mailed them 3 times over the last month and they have been neglecting to reply. their jewelry is beautiful, but their customer service isn't.

I know is a GREAT ring...unfortunatelly it was shipped on USPS and we never got it....they show they delivered...on saturday...we do not work on saturday and it is the adress at my work......
